B2B growth

Software without distribution is a hobby.

A platform that works and nobody can find is not a business, it is a demo. We open the commercial channels: partner networks, marketplace listings, B2B introductions and the operational groundwork underneath them. It is unglamorous, it is measured in conversations rather in features, and it is usually the shortest route from a working product to revenue.

Signs you are describing this problem badly and us well.

Any one of these is fixable. All four at once usually means the problem is structural, which is a better conversation to have early.

  • The product works and the pipeline is empty.
  • Every lead comes from one referral and you have no idea why.
  • You are pitching to buyers who do not know the category exists.
  • Your own network is exhausted.

What b2b growth actually involves.

Partner and channel development

Agencies, resellers and consultants who already have your buyers. Scoped, supported and given something to resell, rather than left to improvise.

Marketplace listings

Set up properly rather than half-listed. A bad listing is worse than none, because it produces the wrong kind of conversation.

B2B introductions

Direct introductions to the operators who need what you built, made properly, with a pitch that matches what the product actually does.

Go-to-market and sales collateral

The commercial pack: pricing, deck, one-pager and the technical detail a procurement conversation will reach for.

Proof

Shipped, not described.

Questions about b2b growth.

Do you do this without building anything?

Yes. Distribution is separable from development, and if the product already works we can start with channels rather than features. It is the version of our work where the bottleneck is almost never the software.

How is success measured?

In qualified conversations and contracts, not in impressions. We would rather report a small number of serious introductions than a large number of traffic, because only the first one is a business.

Do you charge commission on deals?

No. We are paid for the work, not a share of what you go on to sell. Commission arrangements tend to select for the wrong partnerships and put us in the room arguing about attribution.

Have something like this to build?

Tell us what is breaking. We reply within one working day.
