Company
Most companies have to choose between a studio that builds and an agency that sells.
We think that choice is the source of an enormous amount of wasted money. The agency promises something the platform cannot do; the studio ships something nobody was told to want. ResoCore exists to remove the gap between those two by owning both sides of it.
Solving that properly meant more than writing an integration. It meant designing for the assumption that every external system is unreliable, that every webhook will eventually fire twice, and that operations needs to find out about a failure from a dashboard rather than a customer. That work is now the spine of how we build everything.
The commercial side followed for the same reason. Clients who had a working platform still could not reach the people who needed it, and the agencies pitching them had no idea what the platform actually did. So we brought brand, advertising and B2B distribution in-house, not to become a full-service agency, but so the story and the software could finally be built by people who talk to each other.
Everything on this site is live. The clients are named, the URLs work, and the API on our sandbox page is a real endpoint you can call right now. We would rather be judged on that than on adjectives.
How we operate
Six things we actually hold to.
Not values on a wall. These are the specific commitments that change what we ship and what we turn down.
Boring architecture, on purpose
Clever systems are a liability once the people who built them move on. We choose the design a new engineer can hold in their head in a week, because that is the one that is still running in three years.
You own everything
The repository, the pipeline, the credentials, the documentation. All of it is yours from the first commit. No client of ours is ever trapped with us because leaving is expensive.
Integration is the hard part
Anyone can build the happy path. We build for the marketplace that changes its API without warning, the webhook that fires twice, and the network that drops mid-request.
Performance is positioning
Most of our market is on mid-range Android over metered data. A site or app that is slow there is not a technical problem, it is a commercial one. So we treat speed as a requirement, not an optimisation.
We say when we are not the right team
Taking work we cannot do well costs us more than the fee is worth. If your problem is better solved by someone else, or by nobody at all, we will say so on the first call.
Build and distribute together
Software without distribution is a hobby, and a campaign without a working product is a liability. Running both under one roof is the whole reason ResoCore exists.
Work with us.
Tell us what you are building. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
